Our team is made up of engineers, welders, painters, electricians, upholsterers, mechanics, carpenters and blasting operators.
Selecting and training the team was one of the most difficult steps in our development. That expertise has been built over more than two decades through museum visits, attendance at international fairs, and the study of established foreign restoration businesses.
Ovidiu Ionescu
An engineer by training, Ovidiu Ionescu founded Oldtimer Studio in 2002 as Romania's first workshop dedicated to restoring historic vehicles. He was president of Retromobil Club România from 2005 to 2007 and still serves on the club's Culture Commission. He leads the workshop and its restorations.

We don't subcontract structural work. Every discipline below runs from our Moara Vlăsiei workshop, so one team is accountable from day one to delivery.
